The hotel is located right on the beach, with stunning views of the sea. Our room had an extra bed on the balcony, allowing us to enjoy the great seaview. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we loved sitting outside for another coffee.
We had a wonderful stay and everything was just perfect.

The hotel has private beach with beds and towels free of charge. Most of the stuff spoke at least a little English.
The hotel is old and needs a face-lift. We did not like the food at dinner though the service was good. The breakfast was very poor - not even cheese or ham or eggs. There was no shower at the beach (there was one but it was not working and was so old that there were big bushes growing around it). There was a door leading from the common hall to our balcony and it was not locked - which was not safe at all (room 226).

Standard was good for a seaside hotel, but not a hotel I would return to easily. Excellent sea front position if you are here for the beach which we were not. But not a noisy hotel in any way and quite peaceful. Good big balcony looking on to the beach and only about 15 mins walk to the town center.
We went to the town of Scoglitti where the hotel Mida is situated solely to eat at the renowned fish restaurant Sakkaleo. Nothing very wrong with it but just too bland to write anything favorable about this hotel. Hotel room had a damp smell as soon as we arrived but on opening the balcony door the smell quickly disappeared.

Almost perfect.

The room was nice, two balconies and sea view. Also the restaurant looked nice, but only looked.
After the arrival we got a menu for the restaurant, which should open at 20:00. The hotel could not offer even a sandwich in the afternoon, we were sent (by car) to the village. There was no bar or restaurant open. Finally we got a sandwich from a bakery shop. The tiny village is totally dead. We went to the restaurant at 20:00. We waited 30 minutes, before a waitress came. But she presented another menu, a handwritten paper, than what we had got in the the afternoon. She did not speak English and promised to get someone to speak English. This lady from the reception did not speak English, either. There was only one fish meal on the menu. We ordered that and ONE salad. We got mini portions of fish and two mini salads. We thought that the ONE salad had been devided on two plates and ate them. The next morning we were presented the restaurant bill. Firstly: the sums were wrongly added. After the correction there were still TWO salads. We could not leave the hotel before paying for two salads, although we had ordered only one. Our visit ended in a dispute with the non-English speaking lady in the reception. We cannot recommend this hotel. The village has nothing to offer. The personnel does not speak English. The food was the most expensive during our 14-day trip in Sicily, and not even enjoyable, with mini portions.

The hotel has a great location, right at the main beach area of Scoglitti. It's perfect for a beach vacation, as it is right on the beach. The rooms are clean and some even come with a balcony and a great sea view. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. Plus, the breakfast offers a nice variety of options, including another coffee to start your day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

This hotel was clean and nice. Location was very good just in the nice sandy beach. In this village, there are many good restaurants. Because of that I recommend to avoid this hotel restaurant. Hotel restaurant food was not good and it was not worth this money. But generally I could recommend this hotel.
Restaurant.

The location is good, in front of the beach, you hear the waves in the night. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful, but did not speak English.
Hot water was long to come. Breakfast was ok for us, but I think that some people would think it was poor. The hotel needs to be modernized a little. One more point that does not concern the hotel: the beach was not clean and all the showers were broken, the town needs to make some effort if it wants people to come in Scogliti.

The hotel is situated directly across from the beach, offering stunning seaviews from the balcony. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were bright and clean, with the added bonus of an extra bed if needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided an excellent selection, especially for coffee lovers who could go for another cup.
All in all, everything was just fine.

The staff's hospitality, warmth, and personal attention were remarkable. The room with a sea view and terrace was fantastic. Abundant breakfast with fresh orange juice. Rosetta provided great suggestions and made us feel like friends.

Good location, private beach.
Really very poor breakfast. The restaurant do not offer a quality food in relation to price. Long waiting time at the table, waiting for food, and too expensive for what you get :-( . The Hotel is driven by amateur people and a staff that doesn't have a good knowledge of what it means service.So...new employees and services restructuring. The building need a carefully maintenance.

Seaview, balcony and a small fridge. Scoglitti is a nice little town.
Breakfast was poor.
